We take great care when packing our Nur's and scents by using bubble wrap and essential material. It’s very rare for someone to receive a broken Nur, however, should you receive a broken Nur, please use our contact page and we will accommodate you further.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Our Return Policy lasts a total of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once the water has evaporated, you can wash out your Nur and start over with fresh water and drops.

Please remember to blow out the candle once the water is almost gone as the tealight candle will burn the glass.

We advise 5-7 drops due to how strong our Nur scents are, a little goes a long way. The ratio of water to scent should be 95:5.

As our oils are 100% concentrated, too many drops should not be added. The Nur's work amazingly with 5 drops.

Please note: All Nurs within the Animal Collection and Sapphire Ripple only require 3 drops. As their well is small, 3 drops are enough.

With Oil:

As the water burns it will slowly evaporate. The water will eventually change colour and once there is little to none water left, you MUST blow out your tealight candle.

If you allow the Nur to burn it can lead to the glass burning as there will be no scent water left.

*Approximate Burn Time of Nurs:

Flower = 7 Hours

Pink and Violet Blossom = 2 Hours

Golden Hour = 3 Hours

Matte Collection = 8 Hours

Modern Black = 1 Hour

Animal Collection = 1 Hour

Sapphire Ripple = 1 Hour

Snow White and Smokey White = 6 Hours

*Burn time refers to the time it takes for the water to evaporate when the Nur is in use. The following has been tested with small tealight candles.

You should use your Nur with a small tealight as shown in the How it Works video.

With Nur Crystals:

Once the aroma is released from the crystals they will turn pale white. Once you feel no more aroma is being released you can blow out your tea light candle. The crystals do not melt they will remain the same.

You should fill water to the top of your Nur but not too much that it overflows.

It is important you add more water then scent.
